My 2026 resolution

Not that I am making any excuses, but 2025 was a whirlwind of distractions, overwhelming thoughts and feelings, and plain old tiredness. For the longest time, I start every year looking ahead full of inspiration and energy—planning to get things done, to change things for the better. And every year, I wonder why it never happened.

I know why. I didn’t do it.

Down to the facts: to change something and to make it happen means that I first need to know what it is I want to change. The question then becomes—what do I really want to change in my life? And why do I need to change anything at all? Is my life so terrible and horrible that I can’t seem to enjoy it?

No.

What I feel instead is an emptiness inside—a space that needs to be filled. There is a longing, a deep inner desire to be and to do something that truly means something. I feel a pull toward a purpose, yet I struggle to describe it, even as I allow it to guide me.

My work on the IT Consciousness website, and the other areas connected to it, is where this pull is directing me. Inspiring the thoughts of others—not just to raise their energy and health, but to expand their consciousness, to enhance their own sense of being. To recognize that each and every one of us has a purpose and meaning for being here, right now. For reading this blog. For being in human form at this point in time in their existence.

That is a big shift in perception for many—and for others, not so big, yet still difficult to comprehend deeply enough to understand what it truly takes to shift one’s perception of conditioned reality.

This is me, attempting to make that big leap into a shifted and changed perceived reality.

I know it. It is there.

A way to live life that carries an almost euphoric state to it. Yes—it’s called ascension. Raising one’s consciousness to such heights that the physical and material limitations of body and mind no longer hold us back. Where worries and stresses melt away, and life becomes free of such burdens.

Yes—this is a real state. And we will all achieve it eventually.

But for now, I know that my purpose in this life and physical form is not to go towards the light, but rather to live this life—learning, experiencing, and enhancing this part of my existence.

There is more.

We all share this purpose in one form or another. We are meant to discover it. To discover and to know that there is so much more available in human form than what we know or have been taught. Much of the ancient teachings hinted at this.

I believe that for every human, we have one main purpose: to learn, to experience, and to discover.

And there is more—the unspoken part of this purpose. It is the discovery, experience, and learned knowledge of one’s own individual self—the art and wisdom of being human. My realization is that this, in itself, will take many lifetimes.

My purpose is to remember this in every life and to bring this awareness to those who are ready.

Back to being inspired and full of energy—I find myself knowing and intuitively sensing what it is I am meant to do. And as a famous quote says, “I jump in with both feet.” Not because I don’t look first, but because this is the most basic truth of human evolutionary self-enhancement.

I must first learn, experience, and discover myself in order to fully appreciate the teachings and knowledge I may one day impart to others. I need to lead by example.

I know the work. I know what needs to be done. And now, I need to put it into practice within myself.

As another famous quote says, “If you build it, they will come.”

Small steps. I need to discover and learn my own path—not for others to follow, but so that I may learn how to guide others on their own quest.
