Hi! Welcome to my first blog post on my new web page! This is so exciting!!
I thought that for the first actual blog entry a little bit about what I am doing.

I am a mindfulness Life Coach. I support and guide to help expand awareness of ones authentic self, Thoughts, emotions and energies. I like to call what I do more specifically, Mindful Awareness Life Coaching.

What does this mean? Well, there is not any one way to define or explain exactly what it means to satisfy the curiosity of the many. But I will try, simply put, during the life coaching sessions we start simply by working with mindfulness practices and techniques. Then we start with developing awareness. Then we roll them together and start incorporating that into our every day life. Again, it will have a different meaning for every one.

What are the benefits of Mindfulness Life Coaching?

• Higher self-esteem
• Enhanced personal energy levels
• Awareness of authenticity and purpose
• Mindfulness of thoughts, emotions and their cause and effect
• Clarity of thought process and decisions.

This is just the start!! The awareness part of my mindfulness Coaching involves a deeper and closer search into our own sense of self. Discovering parts that we may not have known to even exist! Taking those discoveries and exploring them so that we can experience a whole new expanse of existence. Now you might be asking, What the hell does this even mean? Well, becoming aware and mindful of our physical energies, our soul energies, and our spirit energies. And the connection they all share.

I think that is about as simple as I can make it. I hope to over time start having quite an extensive blog with many different topics, that hopefully will answer some questions and help others to expand on their own knowledge of their own unique existence.

Oh! I know this will also cause some confusion and a lot of debate…lol, is that not a part of life?

The question I do like asking, Do you feel, or sense, that there is something more to life than what you are doing right now? A purpose or meaning that you feel deep inside that you can not explain?
